Crescent Beach is located on the east coast, just 45-50 minutes from San Juan International Airport. We are also located 25 minutes south of Fajardo Airport, where you can take jumper flights to nearby islands of the Caribbean. We are also located 35-40 minutes from the Caribbean National Rainforest called El Yunque. Only 10 minutes away is downtown Humacao and Punta Santiago where you will find fabulous kayaking on the lagoons, bike trails, fishing, and hiking at the Humacao Nature Reserve. All in all, it is an amazing location!! For driving directions, please scroll to the bottom of the page.

(Renting a car? Stay in the T or the e lanes, not the R, when going through tolls.)
From airport, remain straight, crossing over the Bridge (Puente Teodoro Moscoso), pay toll
When it sort of forks, stay straight ( not left or right), which means staying on 17W
Pass Blockbuster, Dominoes Pizza, ATI (the small industrial section).
Go under the first underpass and make a right onto 18 South towards Caguas
Travel south for 5 minutes, and bear left to get onto Autopista 52 South
Travel 10 minutes and pass through the tolls (no paying in this direction)
Get into the right lane immediately after the toll on opposite side, as a barrier separates the road
Exit immediately, at exit 14, which is for Route 1 South
Once on Route 1 South, exit right after the first underpass, to Route 30, towards Humaco (east)
Immediately bear left on entrance ramp to get onto Route 30 East towards Humacao
Travel 20-25 minutes and then road will fork, bear right towards Palmas del Mar
(If you want to pick up your groceries at a much cheaper price, make a quick stop on this route. Instead of going 20-25 min, you will only be on it for 10 minutes and will get off at Exit 14. Make a left, go under the highway, and make a right. The large grocery store called Ralphs is on the right hand side. It will save you a half hour of driving time in the future.)
To continue to Palmas:
Stay on Route 30, and exit at 30A
Once again, you’ll see another sign to exit at 30A towards Palmas del Mar (which is 53S)
Go through toll on left hand side
Take 2nd exit, 35B, Palmas del Mar (which is really part 2 of the first exit, heading in the opposite direction). You will have to make a right turn onto Road 906.
Go under the bridge, pass the strip mall on left and continue on Road 906
The second left (after strip mall) is the entrance to Palmas del Mar. (At night, it’s difficult to see, so drive slowly). When approaching the gate, ask the guard to give you a map to Crescent Beach.
Once you’ve gotten your pass from the guard:
Continue straight on the main road.
Pass through circle, still moving straight ahead.
Make your next left onto Candelera Drive
Travel all the way down, passing Aquabella, Montesol, Fairway Courts, Wyndham Garden Hotel, Dorado, and Crescent Cove.
The next group of tall buildings, is Crescent Beach, at 190 Candelera Drive.
Pull through gate, get your pass, and make a left.
